Business products
Apps for patients, caregivers or clinicians, care-coordination CRMs, action plans generated from an assessment.
The Vibe Company builds AI products and agents for healthcare: apps, CRMs, clinical engines, partner APIs — inside our clients' HDS environment and GDPR framework. We are not an HDS-certified host: we ship fast and cleanly where your health data has to stay.
The facts
Read the Monka caseFor teams that have, or will soon have, an HDS host and a concrete AI product need.
Five building blocks, from the product your users open every day to the framework that keeps it running in production.
Apps for patients, caregivers or clinicians, care-coordination CRMs, action plans generated from an assessment.
A clinical framework that evolves without breaking the app: 12 versions at Monka so far.
Partner APIs, signed webhooks and connections to the internal tools you already run.
Drafts, suggestions and repetitive tasks. Anything that goes to a patient or a partner goes through a human.
Access rights, observability, logs and tests inside your environment, then documentation and handover.
The question is often framed the wrong way. Here is the split, as we practise it.
HDS host
Cloud or managed-service provider, certified for the activities of the framework it performs.
The Vibe Company
Development partner: we build inside, without taking the data out.
HDS certification covers the host and the activities of the French Digital Health Agency's framework that it performs. It does not automatically extend to the software publisher, or to the agency that builds the product.
Your HDS host is often already chosen. We develop inside it, with the access you grant us, and the code, logs and test environments stay there.
Model calls, logs, test environments, transfers outside the EEA: that is where an AI project leaves the perimeter without noticing. We settle them before the first line of code.
What HDS really requiresHDS covers hosting. GDPR covers the whole processing: purpose, minimisation, retention, data subject rights.
Monka supports people who care for a loved one, with coordinating nurses and partner insurers. We took over their existing API and CRM, and built inside their HDS environment.

“Working with The Vibe Company is very different from a typical agency relationship. They don't just execute a brief: they challenge, structure, prototype and build with us. They bring a real product vision, deep AI expertise and a rare pragmatism to turn complex problems into concrete, useful solutions, deployed quickly at Monka.”
LocService: an agent drafts the reply to every ticket, connected to internal APIs; a human reviews and decides. Drafts used on 87% of tickets.
Read the LocService caseFour steps, with the data question asked in the first one.
Four stepsYour data, your host, who administers what, and the product goal.
We map the data flows and the HDS and GDPR perimeter, then hand you a fixed-scope proposal.
Testable releases early and often, built inside your environment.
Go-live, measurement of what matters, then runbooks and training for your teams.
No. We are not a health data host. We build to GDPR and HDS requirements, usually inside the HDS environment the client already has, as in the case shown on this page.
Often it is the host (and sometimes the software publisher, depending on who has access) that falls within the scope. We clarify the split of activities during scoping. The details are in our HDS article.
It depends on the foundation. A real example: at a healthcare client whose HDS environment was already in place, the app, the CRM and the clinical engine went live in two months. We do not quote a generic timeline.
We design so that health data never leaves the agreed framework: a model inside the perimeter, pseudonymisation before the call, or no external call at all. No magic promises.
We set the scope after the call and the scoping, in a written proposal. There is no public rate card.
The AI agency in Paris page covers our general offer. The hardening page is about agents that harden a product and its infrastructure. This page is about the healthcare sector and the HDS framework.
