The Vibe Company is an AI-first agency based in Paris that builds AI products, automates work with agents, and trains teams, for mid-size to large companies.
Three ways to work together, the same three as on our homepage.
01PRODUCT + TECHNICAL
Product engineering
We turn your need into a reliable product, in short cycles, all the way to production. Product and technical scoping, architecture, development, observability and documentation are all part of the job. We ship into secure production, working to GDPR and HDS requirements, then hand over to your teams.
02SKILLS + AGENTS
Agentic automation
We audit your workflows and measure the time actually spent, then we build the skills and connect your tools. Agents are deployed in your environment, securely, on the repetitive work. The result is measured in time your teams get back, and we keep improving it after go-live.
03STRATEGY + ADOPTION
AI strategy & training
We help your company get the hang of AI: pick the use cases that create value, decide what to build and what to buy. Then we build an adoption roadmap that fits your organization. The training is hands-on, and we stay with your teams until the first use cases run in production.
What makes us different
Projects in production, for clients with real constraints. Here are the numbers we can put our name to.
2 months
to put Monka into production
Products in production, not prototypes
At Monka we took over the existing API and CRM, and in two months put into production the caregiver app, Lifeline (the CRM for their coordinating nurses) and the clinical engine. The caregiver assessment runs 165 questions, and the clinical framework has already gone through 12 versions without breaking the app. Since then we ship a new version roughly every two days.
87%
of LocService tickets answered with our AI drafts
Agents that hold up at real volume
LocService handles several hundred support tickets a day. We read all their past tickets and internal documentation to draft the answer to every new one, connected to their internal APIs to pull the real customer context. Our drafts are used on 87% of tickets.
France 2030
with AFP, on the MediaGen project
Demanding sectors: news, healthcare, food
The Vibe Company is part of the technical consortium of MediaGen, AFP's France 2030 generative AI project, alongside Kairntech and Dawex: three tools for newsrooms in 24 months, with some components released under an open license. In healthcare, we work on encrypted, GDPR-compliant data for Monka. In food, we check Coup de Pates' product documents.
GDPR + HDS
the requirements we work to in production
Security and operations are part of the delivery
Health data hosting (HDS) and security are two things we know well, because our healthcare clients require it. We are also very strong on frontend and DevOps: the interface and the deployment pipeline are the same piece of work. We can hand over with documentation and runbooks, or keep running the product ourselves.
39.5k
GitHub stars on Quivr, our open-source RAG engine
A team that came through open source and Y Combinator
Before The Vibe Company we built Quivr, an open-source RAG engine that passed 39,500 stars on GitHub and took us to Y Combinator (W24), where we raised $1.7M. Both founders came through Theodo and Stockly. That is where our way of shipping comes from: fast, in public, and all the way to production.
The Vibe Company grew out of Quivr. Both founders came through Theodo and Stockly before starting Quivr in 2023, then stopping it to build The Vibe Company.
Stan created Quivr in 2023, an open-source RAG engine that became one of the most followed projects on GitHub, number one trending in July 2023. He built it with Antoine Dewez, went through Y Combinator (W24), and now runs The Vibe Company with him.
Antoine started Quivr in 2023 with Stan Girard and built the company with him for two years, from open source to Y Combinator (W24). He co-runs The Vibe Company, where he stays close to the products shipped to clients.
We work in short cycles and you see working software early and often. At Monka, the caregiver app, the nurses' CRM and the clinical engine went into production in two months, then a new version roughly every two days. The timeline depends on the scope, which we set together during scoping.
What happens to our data, and which requirements do you work to?
We work to GDPR and HDS requirements. For Monka, health data is encrypted and GDPR-compliant. Health data hosting (HDS) and security are two things we know well, because our healthcare clients require it.
How do we start?
A 30-minute call: you explain the problem, we explain how we would build it. If it is a fit, we send a fixed-scope proposal. We answer within 24 hours.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A full team rather than a pair of hands: product and technical scoping, development, security, operations. We cover frontend, backend and DevOps in the same motion, all the way to production. At the end we hand over to your teams with documentation and runbooks, or we keep running the product.
