Build a custom AI application, from idea to production

We design, build and ship your AI application to production: the product, the RAG architecture and the agents, the security and the integrations with your tools. Then we hand it over to your team, or we keep running it.

What you get
  • A complete product: interface, backend, AI, deployment and observability.
  • Data kept in bounds: GDPR requirements, least-privilege access, a person on what goes out.
  • Documented code and a trained team that can take the product over.
  • Published cases: Monka and LocService in production, AFP / MediaGen being built.

AI applications and SaaS

An AI application is an application first: screens, accounts, data, an API. AI goes where it saves time, not in the shop window.

01

Internal tools

The app your team opens every day: process a file, prepare a reply, find information in your documents.

02

B2B SaaS

A product sold to your customers, with AI at the heart of the journey: accounts, roles, permissions and usage tracking included.

03

Web and mobile apps

An app for your end users, like the caregiver app we put into production at Monka.

04

Back offices and CRMs

The screens of the people who run the service, like Lifeline, the CRM for Monka's coordinating nurses, and the API that ties it all together.

RAG architecture and agents

The model matters less than the context you give it. We connect AI to your documents and systems, and we measure whether what it produces is actually used.

01

RAG on your documents

Your documents, tickets and databases indexed, search suited to their shape, and answers built on what the user is allowed to see.

02

Agents with real tools

Agents that call your APIs, read the customer context and prepare the work, with limited, visible and revocable permissions.

03

One simple measure

A useful measure, checked day to day. At LocService: is the draft used? Not a score on a test set chosen in advance.

04

The right model for the task

We pick the model for the task, the running cost and the sensitivity of the data, with an architecture that lets you switch.

Security, GDPR and business integrations

Security is part of the deliverable, not a separate step. And an AI application is only as useful as the tools it connects to.

01

To GDPR requirements

Encrypted data, access limited to what is strictly needed. At Monka, health data is encrypted and GDPR-compliant.

02

Least-privilege agents

An agent only reaches what its task needs, with limited, visible and revocable permissions.

03

A person on what goes out

What goes out to your customers goes through a person. The AI prepares, a person sends.

04

Wired into your tools

CRM, support desk, documentation, internal APIs: the application reads and writes where your team already works.

Customer case

Monka: from kickoff to production

Monka supports people who care for a loved one, with coordinating nurses. We took over their existing API and CRM, then put the service's applications into production.

LocService: the support team keeps the draft

LocService is a peer-to-peer property rental platform. Quivr's autodraft reads past tickets and internal documentation, then drafts the answer to each new ticket, tailored to the customer's profile and history.

Drafts kept
87%

The support team keeps the Quivr autodraft's draft on 87% of tickets.

  • A person sends every reply: a support agent reviews the draft, fixes it if needed, then sends it.
  • Customer context comes from internal APIs, with rules that recognize the case before drafting.
  • One measure, checked day to day: is the draft used?

AFP / MediaGen: AI tools for newsrooms

MediaGen is a France 2030 project led by AFP and backed by Bpifrance. We are part of the technical consortium, alongside Kairntech and Dawex, building trustworthy generative AI tools, always under journalists' control.

Method and process

No generic timeline: the schedule depends on the scope, which we set together during scoping.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

Your idea, your users, your data, your constraints. We tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer.

  2. 02

    Scoping

We look at the work as it is actually done and at the data available. If it's a fit, we send a written, fixed-scope proposal.

  3. 03

    Testable versions, early and often

You use working software from the first cycles, and your feedback shapes the next one.

  4. 04

    Secure production

Access rights, observability, documentation and GDPR requirements, built into the product rather than added at the end.

  5. 05

    Measure and hand over

We measure the gains, write the runbooks and train your team to take the product over. Or we keep running it.

FAQ

How much does a custom AI application cost?

It depends on the scope: an internal tool connected to your documents is nothing like a full SaaS product. We give a precise figure after the call and the scoping, in a written, fixed-scope proposal.

How long until the application is in production?

The timeline depends on the scope set during scoping, and we ship in short cycles. A real example: at Monka, the project kicked off on March 9 and was in production on May 10. Read the Monka case.

Do I need RAG or agents?

Not necessarily. We start from the problem: sometimes good search over your documents is enough, sometimes you need an agent that acts in your tools, and sometimes AI is not the right answer, and we tell you so. Our enterprise RAG article walks through these choices.

Do you work with sensitive data?

Yes. We deliver to GDPR requirements: encrypted data, access limited to what is strictly needed, and a person on what goes out to your customers.

Who owns the code?

We document and train your team so it can take the product over. Intellectual property and maintenance are set out in the written proposal.
